TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I reserve the right to refuse a commission, no questions asked.

2. I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or disregard for this TOS.

3. By commissioning me, you agree to purchase only my labor. I retain rights to the artwork.

4. By commissioning me, you agree to receive art in my style. I will not replicate another artist's style for you.

5. You may use and display the commissioned artwork online as long as I am clearly and visibly credited.

6. You may NOT remove my signature from any of my work.

7. You may NOT claim my work as your own.

8. You may NOT edit, alter, or trace my work without my permission.

9. You may NOT under any circumstances distribute or reproduce the artwork I make for you for profit. You may reproduce for personal use ONLY.

10. Finished commissions will be provided via email or dropbox link (your preference) in PNG format. Other formats may be provided upon request.

11. I will not issue refunds after work has started. If you request a refund before I begin to work on your commission, I will honor that request.

12. I will accept deadlines, at a fee. The fee depends on the date of the deadline.

13. I will make any amount of edits on a commission at no extra charge during the sketch phase. Once I begin lining, changes will incur a fee.

14. I will NOT accept “exposure” as payment.

15. You may NOT use my artwork to mint, advertise, or otherwise associate it with NFTs or NFT related companies.
16. I have the right to pursue damages under the U.S. Copyright Law, should there be a breach of this TOS.

• overly suggestive content

• nudity

• political or religious themes

• excessive gore (candy gore is fine)

• self-harm and similar themes

• drugs and drug paraphernalia 

• mechs

• armor

• humans

• ponies/mlp

• NFT art
